All artworks by SIGN are licensed under a Creative Commons Attribution Non-Commercial Share Alike 4.0 International License(CC BY-NC-SA 4.0).
Due to the evolving exceptional circumstances, delivery times may be delayed as the Coronavirus COVID-19 continues to spread worldwide.
Please note that some international carriers are suspending requirements for signature on delivery. Some countries may also have a suspension of service or a suspension of service guarantee in place.
I still processing parcels here in the UK and internationally but if you change your mind I will offer 24h refunds guarantee from when you place the order or Please be patience to receive your print, especially in this time.

Shipping & Handling
Works on paper are shipped in tubes.
Works on canvas are shipped in a carton box.
Please allow up to 30 days for delivery in Europe and until 90days to delivery in AMERICAS/ASIA/OCEANIA.
Shipping charges will be displayed in the cart, and will vary with the number of items, and with which country you are ordering too.

Payment options
SIGN only accept payment from Paypal (they accept Mastercard, Visa, American Express…).
You don’t need a Paypal account to purchase.
Only Paypal will get your credit card information.
Returns
Except in cases of damages, no returns will be accepted.
Damages & Refunds
Be careful when you receive the package.
If the package is damaged, please DO NOT accept it upon delivery.
No refunds or exchange will be made if you accepted a damaged package.
All damages must be reported by email within 24 hours of the goods being received.
The package will then be returned, and you will get a new artwork, or be refunded the full amount you paid, including shipping costs. You will then be given a replacement for the damaged artwork.
If SIGN is unable to replace the product you will be refunded the full amount you paid for the artwork.
SIGN reserve the right to issue refunds at any time prior to delivery.
Unwrap prints
Works on paper are rolled in tissue paper which are taped shut. DO NOT attempt to tear the tape. You may accidentally damage the print by doing so. The only safe way to open your print is to use a utility knife and slice the tape open.
